Eijiro is a large capacity web dictionary for both ways English-Japanse and Japanese-Engrish. It is not only for word to word dictionary but, you'll see, lots of example sentences as well. There are an instruction how to add hiragana reading on sentences with kanjis in Nihongo eな ｆor those who are not very good at kanji.
